主要工作职责
1、Pre-sales support:
1)Provide the price positioning/analysis/quotation etc. to satisfy customer enquiry.
提供产品价格分析&定价&报价服务,满足客户的询价需求;
2)Deal with various enquiries & problems (product availability, technical requirements, lead time etc) and recommend customer to select applicable products.
处理各种咨询问题(产品供应、技术要求、交期等),以及推荐客户产品选型;
3)Understanding the market and customers (forecast, price etc.), promote customer to achieve the new orders.
了解市场,产品及竞争对手的信息(预测,价格),促进客户新订单的达成;
4)Customer order validation, included reference, description, price etc.
客户订单的审核,包括对应物料、描述、价格等方面处理;
5)Leads collection and assistant to new business opportunity
搜集潜在的客户资源,协助发展新的机遇.
2 Post-sales support:
1)Support shipment included follow and feedback the order status, obtain forwarder/payment information in advance;
发货支持,包括跟踪反馈订单状态,提前获得货代信息,付款等;
2)Payment track(guarantee down payment, LC check, check Docs for LC)
付款跟踪,对有特殊付款条件的,需要配合审核LC等文件;
3) Deal with CCMP and arrange reimbursement or replacement
协助质量部门,处理客户的CCMP,安排赔款或者补货等后续事宜;
4) Completed customer requirements, credit etc. record management.
完善客户需求、信用等档案管理.
3 Provide other supports for customer demands (like visiting, Certification support, local project support etc.)
提供客户所需的其他支持(包括客户来访接待、样品&展宣品等准备、国家认证机构审厂、国家当地的项目支持等).
